"Devices" and method created by inventor Voldemar Dominikovich Ragel, fight deceases thought to be incurable, prevent from physical disability, from premature death, and prolong the lifespan for many years.
The history of creation the technical means of the method of recovery of human body integrity.
I hereby present stepwise development of the technique during 45 years.
At age of 30 I felt stringent necessity to restore my health as medical means gave no results. I searched the way to help myself on my own. First of all I recurred to the eastern methods, particularly acupuncture. In the end of 50-ies and beginning of 60-ies in the magazines “Youth’s technique” and Inventor and innovator” some articles were published on treatment of illnesses using biologically active points influenced by electrical current. When no one can help the principle help yourself was applied, so I «armed» with references from the magazines. Recommended methods added to the references particularly on acupunctures and electrotherapy, used this method on myself according with dysfunction of my organism. Working some time with recommended methods I understood their ineffectiveness.
Because all manipulations with current and biologically active point and tried on myself and my risk and perils, I had to modify previous methods. I didn’t know but I searched, I searched very stubbornly, I had nowhere to retreat. I started to feel the right ways, the pains begun to “leave». So, conducting lengthy experiments on myself, risking worsening my health condition, I get relief in my health condition. Month over month, year over year, and the new method of health recovery was created. It took 17 year before I went to the Main Public Health Administration of the city of Leningrad and informed on my “findings».

I successfully treated myself, friends and acquaintances of the friends who suffered of illnesses incurable by official medicine. During this time period I healed circa one thousand persons.
As I didn’t witness positive results from recommended methods, I refused to use “popular” Chinese biologically active points.
I passed on changing the tissue resistance - «loosening of tissue medium»; ultimately I got into recovery of electric charge in human body that allowed transforming liquid media of the body into active, electrically saturated medium. The liquid media of the body transform into charged electrolyte.
It became possible to cure without diagnoses and medicines.
Liquid medium of the body becomes the vector of active positive and negative charges and conductor of these potentials.
Action of positive and negative charges is well known. There are positive and negative charges in liquid medium in everybody, but their movement dynamics is different.
Healthy person has one dynamics; sick persons show another kind of movement dynamics. In the first case electrical charge in body’s cell is available, whereas in the second case it is low or is missing altogether. Healthy human body can be compared with dynamo- machine, regenerating its own energy and stocking it in the liquid medium like car accumulator.
In the sick body there is liquid medium but it is inert, as electric charges is missing and not always present or lowered in volume, or it is slowing down or dried altogether, for instance by coxoarthrosis of thigh joints of 3rd phase, which by official method are subject to be replaced artificial joints. By arthritis, polyarthritis there are drying of joint’s surfaces. What’s to be done in such a case, how preserve the joint, ensure its flexion, and preserve secretion of lubricant substance, ensure working capacity in full? Official medicine science has no such possibilities!
And there is way; it is launching the mechanisms of body’s self regulation, ensuring secretion of sinovite - lubricant substance ensuring the slipping of joint surfaces and regeneration of overall metabolism of the body as a whole.
These mechanisms are triggered by Voldemar Ragel Method – regeneration of the body’s integrity of a Man” and its equipment. It ensures preserving and working capacity of the joints, saves from invalidity and return the society a healthy and able person.
Apart from searching to perfect the method, simultaneously was developing its technical component without which it is impossible to solve the tasks set.

This apparatus was successfully tested by author in years 1986-1988 during clinical tests in the first Leningrad Pavlov Medical Instituteте, at vascular surgery clinic #2 on the patients diagnosed with obliterating endarteritis and arthrosclerosis of lower limb of 3-4 phase under direction of the chief anghio-surgeon of the city of Leningrad, head of the hospital, twice laureate of the USSR State premium m doctor of medical science, professor L.B. The method undergo clinical tests in the hospital of nervous deceases at the same institute headed by director of hospital, doctor of medical sciences, professor, Chief neuropathology expert of the city of Saint-Petersburg, A.A. Scoromets. In the hospital of nervous deceases to conduct clinical tests were set conditions discrediting the method, the head of hospital was pursuing other goals, suggesting the author to
includes in the bid for invention someone with medical education, under pretext that the author has no higher medical education.
Author did nor mad a deal with the professor, so the method ultimately wasn’t approved even with 92,5% positive tests results.
Excerpts from the cases of former patients with diagnosis: «discogenic limb-sacrum radiculitis» witness that 14 out of 15 persons of test group were written out to work without any post treatment prescriptions, whereas 5 of them were subject to surgical intervention of backbone, but so far it wasn’t required.

Clinical tests were conducted attentioned by scientific circles of the Leningrad city: television, radio and press journalists. Film company Lennauchfilm in 1988 has made a film “Do Not Harm", wherein the director L.A. Lazareva filmed the session of council under direction of professor A.A. Scoromets, and made a just assessment of it.
Despite lie and falsification, presented by academician of A.A, Scoromets on the board of Main administration of Public Health of the city of Leningrad a strong dispute was under way after which the final approval of the method was postponed with mention of necessary “upgrading”.

The world is not without good and understanding people. Further destiny of the method was handled by Leningrad scientific-industrial group Krasnaya Zarya (Red Dawn).
It took another 4 years of an intense works, huge financial expenses of this group undertaking unusual business which was checking the effectiveness of the method. The author was invited to works in this company, a Health Center was created to treat patients. Worker of establishment by the method and devices and under supervision of the author.
On the basis of city Carl Marx hospital # 4 (now the hospital of Saint George the Martyr) a medical commission was organized under direction of chief doctor of the hospital А.А.Redko to check effectiveness of the method. For this purpose the company earmarked 100000 rubles by prices of 1989, when the cost of a car was 4 - 4,5 thousand rubles.
In the city hospital #4 the medical commission made of 15 doctor of various specialties checked 84 cases undergoing author’s treatment method and come to compulsion the effectiveness of the method reached 90,5%, no side-effects observed. Conclusion of 20.12.1990.
The method was scrutinized by the scientists of the department of nervous diseases of Leningrad Mechnikov Sanitary Hygienic Institute and method get recommendation to use.

Being busy with practical work, carrying out clinical tests, author wasn’t satisfied by the handheld device he invent and the method he developed despite perfect positive results of the clinical trial of the method. On the basis of the gathered practical material the author came to a conclusion the both the method and the device need to be redone.
The auto decided to implement hand work and method in automatic apparatus ensuring simultaneous regeneration of all dysfunctions in the human body.

The author also came to conclusion to about expanding the array of regeneration means and has created: - electromechanical device for regeneration and recovery of lower limb vessels, helping to increase mobility in the joints and regenerate the bone marrow in tubular bones during oncological diseases.
In some most difficult cases, when a patient suffer of myopathy, obliterating endarteritis, arteriosclerosis of lower limbs, sclerodermas, oncological diseases of any kind and others, the combination of technique apply, i.e. so called multiple unit: V.D. Note: By knowledgeable management of the devices and methods, successful application is assured at almost 100% (let alone preventing effect), except for phase fourth when disease or incorrect treatment have completely destroyed the body’s resistance, when many organs became dysfunctional.
